The team leader plays a crucial role in the realization of our masonry projects. As a leader, he is in charge of managing a dedicated team of workers, ensuring that the project objectives are met efficiently and accurately. His responsibility is not only limited to making essential decisions for the smooth running of the projects, but he must also be prepared to perform the tasks assigned to the workers under his responsibility if needed.
Journeymen and 3rd year apprentices are essential elements of our masonry team. Under the direction of the team leader, they coordinate the work on the construction site. Their role includes the demolition of elements to be redone, the laying of new bricks or stones, and the dismantling and proper reassembly of existing bricks or stones if they are still in good condition. In addition, they have the responsibility of supervising and directing the 1st and 2nd year apprentices, ensuring that they contribute effectively to the project.
1st and 2nd year apprentices play a vital support role on our construction sites. Always accompanied by a journeyman or a 3rd year apprentice, their mission is to maximize the efficiency of the team by performing various tasks such as pulling joints, supplying materials to bricklayers, laying bricks between the two main bricklayers, bringing bricks closer to speed up the laying, placing the brick cuts in the right places, and assisting the laborers.
The masonry construction site Maneuver is a key player in our team. His main responsibilities include bringing all the necessary materials to the masons, such as mortar and bricks, and cleaning the construction site at the end of the work. His presence is indispensable as it allows the bricklayers to increase their efficiency.
The estimation professional is a masonry expert who has gained significant experience as a mason. His main function is to make precise and thoughtful estimations to avoid any surprises in the final billing. As customer satisfaction is our absolute priority, it is imperative that this professional is able to provide accurate and complete estimates.
The quality inspector is a crucial position in our company. At the end of each construction site, a dedicated team is responsible for checking the quality of the work performed one last time. Since customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, it is essential that the work carried out is of the highest possible quality.
The warehouse clerk is responsible for managing the materials stored in our warehouse. He must ensure that the warehouse is always organized and well maintained, which facilitates the work of our different teams.
